Ride requests and confirmations

Submitting a ride request through this website does not guarantee a reservation. All rides are subject to dispatch confirmation and vehicle availability. A ride is booked only when Charleston Green Taxi confirms it with you.

Service limitations

Charleston Green Taxi provides ambulatory, non-emergency transportation in standard passenger vehicles. Riders must be able to enter and exit the vehicle without a wheelchair lift. We do not provide wheelchair or stretcher transportation. In an emergency, call 911.

Cancellations

If your plans change, please call dispatch as early as possible so the vehicle can be reassigned. Cancellation terms for scheduled and long-distance rides are confirmed at booking.

Accounts and billing

Business and facility account terms, including billing arrangements, are agreed directly between Green Taxi, Inc. and each organization.
