When you call dispatch, book a ride, or submit a form on this website, we collect the information needed to arrange transportation: name, contact details, pickup and drop-off locations, and ride timing. Business-account inquiries include organization and billing contact details. Our medical transportation forms intentionally avoid requesting diagnosis or other protected health details.
How we use it
Ride and contact information is used to schedule, confirm, and provide transportation, and to invoice account customers. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics
This website may use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, buttons clicked). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual riders.
Third-party services
Online bookings may be processed through our booking provider, and form submissions through a form-handling service. Those services receive only the information you enter.
