Scheduled Taxi Service

Reserve your ride before you need it

Some rides are too important to leave to chance. A scheduled Green Taxi is assigned in advance, planned around real traffic, and waiting when you walk out.

Why schedule?

Rides Charleston books in advance

When you request a car on an app, you find out who's coming a few minutes before. When you schedule with dispatch, it's settled the day before.

Early flights

The 4:45 a.m. pickup for the 6:10 departure — our most-booked ride. See airport service.

Medical appointments

Procedure check-ins and treatment schedules where arriving late isn't an option. Ambulatory riders only — details on medical transportation.

Work transportation

Shift starts, recurring commutes, and mornings when the household has one car and two directions.

Important meetings

Court dates, closings, interviews — the appointments you plan your week around.

Hotel departures & events

Checkout rides, wedding weekends, and event nights when on-demand pricing spikes and cars vanish.

Long-distance trips

Out-of-town rides are scheduled rides by nature — see long-distance transportation.

How it works

Three steps, no apps required

  1. Tell us the ride. Call dispatch, book online, or send a ride request with pickup, destination, date, and time.
  2. We confirm. Dispatch checks availability and confirms your pickup time — rides aren't guaranteed until we've confirmed them.
  3. Your taxi shows up. A recognizable Green Taxi Prius, with your name on the schedule since yesterday.

Recurring rides

Same ride every week? Dispatch can put a standing schedule on the books — common for treatment schedules, work commutes, and facility-coordinated transportation. One call sets it up; we handle it from there.

Organizations arranging recurring rides for others should look at business & facility accounts.
